Seloste käsittelytoimista
Tämä on EU:n tietosuoja-asetuksen (EU) 2016/679 mukainen kirjallinen kuvaus toteuttamastamme henkilötietojen käsittelystä. Käytännössä tässä selitetään, miten keräämme ja käsittelemme henkilötietojasi verkkosivustollamme ja muissa palveluissamme. Vastaamme siitä, että henkilötietojasi käsitellään tätä selostetta ja soveltuvia tietosuojalakeja noudattaen.
Keräämme tietoa
Kaikista palveluitamme käyttävistä kerätään, tallennetaan ja käsitellään tietojen osia. Keräämme kuitenkin vain tarvittavat tiedot. Henkilötietojasi voidaan kerätä eri tavoin. Pääsääntöisesti keräämme ja käsittelemme henkilötietoja kun

HUOM! Sinun ei ole pakko antaa meille henkilötietojasi, mutta mikäli päätät näin, emme mahdollisesti pysty tarjoamaan palvelujamme sinulle.
Käsittelemme tietoja
Käsittelemme henkilötietoja ensisijaisesti tarjotaksemme ja toimittaaksemme palvelujamme. Voidaksemme tehdä niin ylläpidämme ja hoidamme asiakassuhdetta välillämme. Tässä tapauksessa henkilötietojen käsittely perustuu yhteiseen sopimukseemme
- jos olet antanut meille suostumuksesi tai jos käyttö on tarpeen pyytämiesi palveluiden toimittamiseksi
- kun yhteistyökumppanimme käsittelevät toimeksiannostamme henkilötietoja meidän puolestamme ja ohjeidemme mukaisesti. Huolehdimme aina henkilötietojesi asianmukaisesta käsittelystä.
- mikäli olemme mukana sulautumisessa, yritysjärjestelyssä taikka liiketoiminnan tai sen osan myynnissä.
- kun arvioimme, että luovuttaminen on välttämätöntä oikeuksiemme toteuttamiseksi, sinun tai muiden turvallisuuden suojelemiseksi, väärinkäytösten tutkimiseksi tai viranomaisen pyyntöön vastaamiseksi; ja
- suostumuksellasi osapuolille, joita suostumus koskee.
Tietojen säilyttäminen
Henkilötietoja säilytetään ainoastaan niin kauan kuin se on tarpeellista tässä selosteessa määriteltyjen käyttötarkoitusten toteuttamiseksi. Henkilötietoja voidaan säilyttää tarpeellisilta osin niin koko asiakassuhteen ajan kuin myös sen päättymisen jälkeen soveltuvan lain sallimassa tai vaatimassa laajuudessa. Henkilötiedot poistetaan, kun niiden säilyttäminen ei enää ole tarpeen lain tai kummankaan osapuolen oikeuksien tai velvollisuuksien toteuttamiseksi.
Miten pidämme henkilötietosi turvassa?
Tietosuojasi suojaaminen kuuluu ammattitaitomme ja siten käytämme digitaalisen media-alan tavanomaisia menetelmiä tietojen suojaamiseksi. Tietojasi säilytetään turvallisesti tietokannoissamme ja yrityksemme tietokoneissa. Fyysisiä dokumentteja säilytämme lukitussa tilassa ja sähköiset dokumentit on rajattu rekisterinpitäjään sekä suojattu salasanalla ja palomuurilla. Tietojasi käsittelevät vain toimijat, jotka tarjoavat asianmukaiset sopimukselliset suojatoimet käsittelemilleen tiedoille.
Markkinointi ja mainonta
Voimme olla sinuun yhteydessä kertoaksemme palvelujemme uusista ominaisuuksista tai markkinoidaksemme ja myydäksemme sinulle muita palveluita. Voimme käsitellä henkilötietojasi myös markkinointitutkimuksia ja asiakaskyselyitä varten.
Henkilötietojen käsittely perustuu meidän oikeutettuun etuumme tarjota tietoa osana palvelua ja markkinoidaksemme muita palveluitamme sinulle. Sinulla on milloin tahansa oikeus vastustaa henkilötietojesi käsittelyä suoramarkkinointiin.
Verkkosivujen ns. evästeet ja muut tekniikat
Käytämme myös evästeitä ja muita samankaltaisia teknologioita verkkosivullamme. Evästeet ovat pieniä tekstitiedostoja, joita on sijoitettu laitteeseesi hyödyllisen tiedon keräämistä ja muistamista varten, verkkosivumme toiminallisuuden ja käytettävyyden parantamiseksi. Voimme käyttää evästeitä ja muita samankaltaisia teknologioita myös tilastollisiin tarkoituksiin kuten koostaaksemme tilastoja verkkosivun käytöstä ymmärtääksemme kuinka käyttäjät käyttävät verkkosivua ja parantaaksemme käyttäjäkokemusta.
Voit estää evästeiden asettamisen, rajoittaa evästeiden käyttöä tai poistaa evästeet selaimeltasi. Koska evästeet mahdollistavat verkkosivumme toiminnan, evästeiden käytön rajoittaminen saattaa vaikuttaa verkkosivun käytettävyyteen.
Henkilötietojen siirrot EU:n tai ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle
Henkilötietojasi ei luovuteta yrityksemme ulkopuolisille tahoille eikä niitä siirretä kolmansiin maihin tai kansainvälisiin järjestöihin. Tietojasi ei käytetä yrityksemme ulkopuoliseen mainontaan. Voimme kuitenkin siirtää henkilötietoja EU:n tai Euroopan talousalueen ulkopuolelle silloin, kun toimeksiantoa hoitava yhteistyökumppanimme on sijoittautunut näiden alueiden ulkopuolelle. Näissä tapauksissa huolehdimme asianmukaisista suojatoimista rekisteröityjen oikeuksien ja vapauksien varmistamiseksi sovellettavan tietosuojalainsäädännön mukaisesti. Lue lisätietoja ns. Milloin tietojasi jaetaan kolmansille osapuolille tai milloin ne keräävät tietojasi?
Jaamme tietojasi vain kun se on tarpeellinen osa kanssasi tapahtuvan liiketoiminnan hoitamista ja kun tarjoamme sinulle palveluja tai kun meidän on lain mukaan niin tehtävä. Sivustomme artikkelit voivat sisältää upotettua sisältöä (esimerkiksi videoita, kuvia, artikkeleita jne.). Toisilta sivustoilta tuodun upotetun sisällön avaaminen on verrattavissa siihen, että vierailija itse kävisi kolmannen osapuolen sivustolla. Nämä sivustot voivat kerätä tietoa sinusta, käyttää evästeitä, upottaa kolmannen osapuolen seurantaevästeitä ja monitoroida vuorovaikutustasi upotetun sisällön kanssa, mukaan lukien vuorovaikutuksen seuranta jos ja kun olet kirjautunut käyttäjänä sivustolle. Verkkopalvelut
Pidätämme oikeuden käyttää mm. Google Analytics:ia kotisivujemme edelleen kehitykseen ja markkinointitarkoituksiin. Tarvittaessa selainkohtainen palvelun poistaminen onnistuu Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on -selainlisäosalla.
Tietoturva
Toteutamme tarkoituksenmukaiset toimenpiteet (mukaan lukien fyysiset, digitaaliset ja hallinnolliset toimet) henkilötietojen suojaamiseksi häviämiseltä, tuhoutumiselta, väärinkäytöksiltä ja luvattomalta pääsyltä tai luovuttamiselta. Esimerkkinä mainittakoon, että henkilötietoihin on pääsy vain henkilöillä, jotka tarvitsevat niitä työtehtäviensä hoitamiseksi.
Huomaa, että tarkoituksenmukaisetkaan toimienpiteet eivät voi estää kaikkia mahdollisia tietoturvaloukkauksia. Henkilötietojen tietoturvaloukkaustilanteissa ilmoitamme sinulle asiasta soveltuvien lakien mukaisesti.
Tietojesi tarkastus- ja poisto-oikeus
Sinulla on kirjallisella pyynnöllä oikeus tarkastaa henkilötietosi. Voit milloin tahansa myös pyytää henkilötietojesi oikaisemista, päivittämistä tai poistamista. Sinulla on sovellettavan lain mukaisesti tietyissä tapauksissa oikeus siirtää meille toimittamasi henkilötiedot järjestelmästä toiseen eli oikeus saada henkilötietosi jäsennellyssä, yleisesti käytetyssä, koneellisesti luettavassa muodossa ja siirtää henkilötietosi toiselle rekisterinpitäjälle.
Sinulla on oikeus vastustaa tai rajoittaa henkilötietojesi käsittelyä sovellettavan lain edellyttämässä laajuudessa. Käsitellessämme henkilötietojasi suostumuksen perusteella sinulla on oikeus milloin tahansa peruuttaa antamasi suostumus. Emme sen jälkeen käsittele henkilötietoja, ellei käsittelyyn ole olemassa muuta oikeusperustetta.
HUOM! Oikeus omien tietojen poistoon ei koske sellaista henkilötietoa, joka meidän on säilytettävä ylläpidollisista, juridisista tai tietoturvaan liittyvistä syistä. Rekisterinpitäjä oikaisee tarvittaessa tiedot asiakkaan kirjallisella pyynnöllä.
